Hey there  👋  I’m Erika, a Product Designer out to solve tough problems.

Every day I wake up with a fresh cup of coffee and genuine excitement to solve frustrating problems. I’m a bit obsessed with product potential - and I’ve noticed it’s often the scary, unstructured problems that have a funny way of holding the most potential.

I design new healthcare technologies with a goal to improve people’s lives and (hopefully) improve the world. If you’ve had the chance to work in healthcare, you already know it’s an intricate and emotionally tough place for users. I believe innovation lies in centering user pain points and research as the north star, and dreaming larger than the preconceptions of how others have solved a similar problem before us. My goal is to push the boundary for how much pain we can reduce, and how much joy we can introduce, to craft products that truly improve users lives. I carry this goal with me every day (even the days that are smushed full of meetings).

I love to brainstorm on tough challenges; If you have a big mess on your hands that you think might improve the people’s lives, feel free to reach out and start a chat with me. I’d love to help advise anything that could create a positive impact in the world.
